A new savings bank account in the nature of a No Frills Account, offering basic banking services, to facilitate financial inclusion
Eligibility: Any person above 18 years of age
Minimum Balance: no minimum balance requirement
No. of transactions: Maximum of 10 transactions in a calendar month (deposits and withdrawals combined). For transactions in excess of the maximum limit, service charges @ Rs 5/-will be charged per transaction
Cheque book facility: Initial 10 leaves multi city cheque book free of cost .Beyond which, cheque book not exceeding 10 leaves will be issued against collection of charges
ATM cum Debit card: free of charge
Switch over facility: Upon request from the customer, CSB…Social Support Savings Scheme account can be converted/upgraded to regular SB account
